To host an event in the WMBF, simply fill out this form, after which, the team will respond to let you know if it has been accepted or if any further information is needed. 

 

The sooner you submit your event, the more likely you are to get your preferred time and date.

The more engagement with the festival, the bigger and better it will be.

The vast majority of events will be completely free to attend – but it will be necessary to register your place so the event organisers have an idea of numbers.

 

Tickets for events will go live as events are confirmed, with the full programme being announced in January 2025.
